For greater clarity in our articles, we have established the following convention: the terms Mentor and Coach as well as Mentee and Coachee are equivalent.
If your pairing is not working, or if there has been an error in the pairing between you and your mentor/mentee, contact the program administrator as soon as possible. He'll be able to suggest a solution to get your program up and running again.
To contact the program administrator, enter the program from your program list, then click on : "Contact the manager [name_of_your_company]", which will give you access to his e-mail address:
