Mentorline is a SaaS solution for online mentoring. It enables you to design, deploy and manage your mentoring program within your organization.
Our mission is articulated in 3 stages:
1. Training your talents to become Mentors
2. Deploying our platform so that AI suggests the Mentor best suited to your employees' current needs
3. Creation and animation of a Mentor community to create a transmission dynamic in your company.
In addition to program management, Mentorline offers tools for mentors and mentees, including conversation guides and activities to carry out during sessions.
Mentoring is a powerful tool for supporting your employees by drawing on the experience of experienced people in your organization, who act as mentors. Mentoring programs are particularly useful for :

Two problems frequently arise when launching a mentoring program on your own:
- Lack of momentum: Once the initial momentum has passed, the program can lose momentum and employees can become disengaged. With Mentorline, 95% of participants complete the scheduled sessions.
- Lack of guidance: Most participants are new to mentoring and need support for their sessions: resources, activities, etc. With Mentorline, every interaction between mentor and mentee is transformed into a learning opportunity.
The heart of mentoring lies in confidential, one-on-one sessions between mentor and mentee. Programs last between 6 and 12 months and include between 6 and 10 sessions. With Mentorline, conversation guides and activities are provided for each session to structure a path of progression towards the program objectives.
Mentors are people with experience to share, generally more experienced than mentees. They add value to their experience by passing it on during Mentoring sessions.
