For greater clarity in our articles, we have established the following convention: the terms Mentor and Coach as well as Mentee and Coachee are equivalent.
Once you've started your program, it's time to plan the date of your first session.
Case 1: If your Mentor has connected his calendar to Mentorline
You can book a slot for this session directly in his calendar, as follows:
- Access your program
- On the left, click on the "Agenda" icon to schedule a session
- You'll have direct access to your Mentor's agenda, as in the video below:

Case 2: If your Mentor has not connected his Calendar
You will still be able to propose a session date by clicking on the same planning button, and by adding this slot to your calendar using the buttons :
- "Add to Outlook
- "Add to Google
This will automatically create an invitation that will be sent to you and your Mentor for this session.
He will then be able to accept or propose a new date for this session:

You can contact your Mentor at any time by clicking on the e-mail copy icon:
